Registered Nurse (Community In Home Aged Care)

Position: Registered Nurse (In Home Aged Care)
Location: All areas of Adelaide
Roster: Monday to Friday, occasional weekend work
Employment Type: Casual position with the opportunity to transition to Permanent Part-Time (PPT) in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the community, specialising in wound care and medication administration.
• Manage a nursing run, ensuring timely visits to multiple clients per shift.
• Provide ongoing assessments, care, and support to clients in their homes.
• Work autonomously while maintaining excellent communication with our healthcare team.

Our Perfect Candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience in community nursing.
• Proficient in wound care and administering medication.
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Confident in managing your time effectively and working autonomously.
• General nursing experience.
• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Reliable vehicle, current Australian driver’s license, car registration, and comprehensive insurance.
