The Heart Centre for Children at The Sydney Children's Hospitals Network is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and lead an advanced nursing scope of practice that responds to identified service needs, supporting the delivery of safe, equitable, and patient-centred care for children and young people with childhood onset heart disease. Working collaboratively with clinicians, patients, and families, the Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in service development, clinical leadership, and improving outcomes across the continuum of care.
What you'll be doing
A Transitional Nurse Practitioner (TNP) may be considered where no suitably qualified Nurse Practitioner has applied. The Transitional Nurse Practitioner will adhere to the primary purposes and standards of practice of a NP within the limitations and ScOP set out for the Transitional Nurse Practitioner
