ProMark Media is looking for driven TikTok LIVE Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our AU/NZ recruitment team.
Your sole focus is recruitment — finding and signing new TikTok LIVE creators for ProMark.
Your Role
• 🔎 Scout and identify potential LIVE talent
• 💬 Contact and pitch potential creators
• 🤝 Convert prospects into signed ProMark creators
• 🎯 Hit weekly and monthly recruitment targets
• 📊 Maintain your recruitment pipeline
No creator management. No coaching. No ongoing support.
Just FIND. CONTACT. CONVERT. SIGN.
TikTok knowledge, sales or recruitment experience is highly desirable.
Performance-driven role with strong earning and progression opportunities.
