Revenue Manager

  Purpose As Revenue Manager, Shared Services you will take charge of optimising revenue and profits for a diverse set of properties across our portfolio. Working closely with the Director, Revenue Management, your focus will be the day-to-day management of revenue, ensuring our properties reach their full potential.   Our Revenue Manager can be based in Gold Coast, Sydney, or Melbourne. Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for Hotels within designated region across all market segments Work closely with property General Managers and Regional teams on all aspects of revenue maximisation Produce daily, weekly and monthly statistics and monitor trends utilising company reports Evaluate group business strategies to ensure the attainment of the most favourable market mix Resolve operational challenges through professionalism, innovation and leadership Focus on lowering distribution costs and driving room nights to branded web Manage the relationship with online market managers to maximise the region’s exposure through these distribution channels. Enhance market share and revenue results by implementing effective pricing strategies, optimising inventory controls, and managing product mix efficiently   Skills and Experience Proven track record and strong understanding of revenue management principles Confident and articulate communication, presenting data, negotiation and relationship building Proficient in establishing and nurturing effective working connections across all organisational levels Challenge and influence strategy and identify new opportunities Skilled in inspiring, educating, and instilling a revenue-focused ethos within the region
