Regional Sales Manager - NSW

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will own our NSW & ACT enterprise patch across all verticals for organizations with 3,000+ employees, prospecting and closing new logos while growing existing customers and progressing pipeline already in motion. You will also engage senior security and technology executives, from CISOs to hands-on security teams, positioning Silverfort as a strategic, board-level priority.

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end: territory and account planning, prospecting, qualification, executive presentations, POC management, negotiation and closing
• Prioritise new-logo acquisition (~75% of focus) across the priority verticals above, while expanding and renewing a strong existing NSW/ACT customer base (~25%)
• Progress existing pipeline across multiple stages, moving well-developed deals to closure quickly
• Build multi-threaded relationships with senior executives (CISO, CIO, Head of Identity) and technical security teams across target accounts
• Develop and cultivate channel partnerships across NSW & ACT to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth
• Maintain accurate, disciplined forecasting in Salesforce and Silverfort's internal sales tools
• Partner with sales engineering, product, marketing and customer success to run high-quality evaluations and a seamless customer experience
• Bring insight into the evolving identity threat landscape (credential compromise, lateral movement, non-human/machine and AI identity risk) and connect it to customer risk and compliance priorities

• 5–10+ years of hands-on enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or a closely adjacent enterprise software category, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
• Proven success running complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, including new-logo acquisition and account expansion
• Hustle, hunter instinct and strong consultative selling skills — comfortable building a territory and progressing inherited pipeline in parallel
• Highly desired: existing CISO or Head of Identity-level relationships in Tier-1 Finance/Insurance, State or Federal Government, or a broad network across NSW enterprise accounts
• Strong commercial acumen: able to build value-based business cases and articulate ROI, risk reduction and compliance outcomes to technical and executive audiences
• Experience developing and working through channel partners in the ANZ market is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, credible with both C-suite executives and deeply technical stakeholders

Candidates must be based in Sydney and willing to travel across NSW and ACT as needed.
