Youth Off The Streets is a not‑for‑profit organisation that provides safety, support and opportunities for young people to build a positive future. Our services include alternative high school education, crisis accommodation and housing support, alcohol and other drugs counselling, youth justice programs, life skills and employment pathways, cultural support and community engagement.
We focus on early intervention and community‑led support that empowers young people, strengthens families and builds safer, more connected communities. Our work is grounded in trauma‑informed practice, ensuring safety, emotional wellbeing and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
Regular giving is one of the most important and sustainable income streams supporting Youth Off The Streets’ life‑changing work with young people. As our Regular Giving Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing, retaining and stewarding our regular donor community.
Working closely with the Individual and Community Giving Manager and collaborating across the wider fundraising team, you’ll coordinate and deliver multi‑channel acquisition, retention, upgrade and reactivation campaigns. You’ll help shape donor journeys, strengthen supporter engagement and contribute to long‑term donor loyalty.
This role is based at our Head Office in Alexandria, with hybrid work arrangements.
What you’ll do
Lead the day‑to‑day delivery and optimisation of the regular giving program
Develop and implement donor acquisition strategies across digital, CTV, BVOD, direct marketing, telemarketing and emerging channels
Plan and execute multi‑channel retention, upgrade and reactivation campaigns
Coordinate meaningful donor journeys that strengthen engagement and long‑term value
Deliver personalised supporter communications and stewardship initiatives
Maintain accurate donor data and monitor key performance indicators
Prepare campaign briefs, budgets, timelines and performance reports
Conduct testing and optimisation to improve ROI and donor lifetime value
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality campaigns
Uphold privacy, compliance and child safety obligations in all aspects of your work
What you’ll bring
Demonstrated experience in regular giving, direct marketing, customer loyalty, subscriptions or supporter engagement
Experience managing campaigns and projects to achieve objectives on time and within budget
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Experience using CRM databases and reporting tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence delivering presentations, training or information sessions
Desirable
Experience in a not‑for‑profit or membership‑based organisation
Experience using marketing automation platforms and developing supporter journeys
Knowledge of digital fundraising channels and acquisition techniques
Experience creating or coordinating visual assets for social media, email and direct marketing
