About the Role
You’re the welcoming face of our practice and will warmly greet patients!
Answer phones and respond to patient enquiries
Utilise Word, Excel, and TOPS for patient management tasks.
Proactively assist with additional administrative tasks
Work closely with the wider orthodontic team to ensure exceptional patient care
Complete mathematics tasks when required
About You
1-2 years’ experience in a Reception or Front Desk role
Previous Dental or Medical admin experience would be an advantage
You are upbeat, energetic and bring a can-do attitude to the team
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Fantastic communicator, you enjoy engaging with customers and building rapport
