• Comanage and grow a portfolio of Small to Medium customers, driving revenue, margin, and profitability
• Build strong relationships through regular calls, and emails
• Re-engage inactive accounts and identify new opportunities
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while optimising pricing strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
