Something new is coming to Albury, and we’re building the team.

Mates Entertainment is a brand new entertainment destination designed to bring families, friends, workmates and the wider Albury community together.

The venue will feature Gold Class Bowling, an Elite Darts and Pool area, popular Arcade Games, elevated food and a bar built for good times, all in a space designed for people to catch up and enjoy themselves.

We’re saddling up for opening day and we’re looking for people to join us.

We’re currently looking for people interested in both Casual All Rounder and Supervisor positions across the venue.

The Roles

Casual All Rounders

Our All Rounders will work across different areas of the venue and help make sure our guests have a great experience.

Your role may include:

Bowling
Darts and Pool
Arcade
Food and Beverage
Bar
Functions, parties and events
Bookings, payments and POS
Venue presentation and cleaning
Customer service and guest support

We’re looking for people who are friendly, reliable, willing to learn and happy to get involved across the venue.

 Supervisors

Our Supervisors will help lead the team and support the day to day operation of the venue.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supervising and supporting team members
• Assisting with bowling, darts, pool and arcade operations
• Supporting restaurant and bar operations
• Helping with functions, parties and events
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues
• Supporting opening and closing procedures
• Monitoring venue presentation and service standards
• Supporting POS and cash handling
• Assisting with staff training and onboarding
• Working closely with the Centre Manager
• Helping keep the team and venue running smoothly

Previous supervisory, team leader or senior hospitality experience is desirable for Supervisor positions.

• Able to work evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays

Hospitality, retail, entertainment or customer service experience is desirable, but attitude and reliability are just as important.

For Supervisor positions, previous leadership or supervisory experience will be highly regarded.

To Join us you’ll need:

• NSW Working With Children Check

• RSA is desirable and is required for relevant bar duties.

Training will be provided across the venue and relevant areas of the business.
