Pharmacist In Charge Part -time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced enthusiastic Pharmacist who is passionate about community pharmacy , to join our team at Destro's Pharmacy in Drummoyne, NSW.

Mondays 10.00-5.00 as second in charge and Fridays 4.00-9.00 .as first In Charge .

Extra shifts may be offered when opportunity arises .

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations

• Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and patient care, including dispensing medications, providing counselling, and monitoring patient outcomes

• Supervising Intern and pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of service and patient safety

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensuring the secure storage and handling of pharmaceuticals

• Ordering ethicals and stock management and the ability to multi-task .

• Liaising with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care

• We are seeking for a Pharmacist with extensive Vaccination experience and UTI, OC and Dermatology, stage supply , medication reviews .

What we're looking for

• A current registration as a Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pharmacist in charge in community pharmacy in Australia , with demonstrated expertise in a community pharmacy setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional patient/customer service

• Proficient in the use of Z-system and Medadvisor .

• Extenisve experience in Vaccination and professional services .

• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry changes
