About the role
Shape financial insights that support better project and business decisions across PDNSW!
The role
As the Business Advisor, you will provide financial input, analysis and advice to support the development and delivery of projects across Property & Development NSW (PDNSW). You will play a key role in project set-up, maintenance, reporting, budgeting and reforecasting, while helping ensure financial information is accurate, timely and aligned to business needs.
This diverse role combines financial administration, reporting, analysis, stakeholder engagement and business improvement. You will support property and project accounting activities including project set-up, budget and cost transfers, billings, reconciliations, adjustments and project closure. You will also prepare financial and non-financial reports, provide monthly commentary on financial results, monitor expenditure against capital and recurrent budgets, and create ad hoc analysis and recommendations to support decision-making by the Project Teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, balancing competing priorities and providing practical financial support in a dynamic project environment.
