We're the newest and only pub in Jerrabomberra, and although we're excited to showcase our brand-new beer garden, revamped bars, refurbished bistro and kitchen AND our rejuvenated facade, some things will never change, like our great value, delicious food and warm service. What do we need? 

With a newly extended and refurbished bistro and kitchen, we are seeking Chefs, cooks, kitchen hands of all levels, to produce delicious, quality food while maintaining the highest level of food and food safety standards, and the overall performance and reputation of the hotel in the local community.   

Who are you? 

As this role is critical in achieving our aim of creating great experiences, you will need to have: 

• At least 1-2 years’ experience creating and delivering high quality food 

• Sound demonstration of product knowledge, technical skills, food standards and safe food handling practices

• The ability to work in a team environment and liaise with FOH staff  

• Valid Basic Food Handler Certification
