Grand Motors Toyota is searching for an Assistant Parts Interpreter for their Southport dealership - Full-time role, working Monday to Friday.

This position is vital role in a fast-paced dealership environment—supporting technicians, keeping parts flowing, and helping deliver the level of service our customers expect.

What you’ll be doing

• Interpret, quote, source and order automotive parts accurately
• Liaise with technicians and service to ensure parts availability and smooth job flow
• Track orders, ETA’s and parts usage through dealership systems
• Customer contact via face-to-face and over the telephone
• Assist with stock control and maintaining accurate records
• Provide strong internal customer service to the workshop and service department
• As you develop: support workflow coordination and additional service-related tasks
