Leading Hand / Supervisor

We are currently seeking experienced Leading Hands, Site Supervisors and Senior Installers for a number of upcoming commercial fit-out projects across Sydney.

We have opportunities available across Macquarie Square, Rouse Hill and Narellan, working with established companies across the joinery, shopfitting and commercial fit-out sectors.

These are hands-on roles suited to someone who is confident working on the tools while also taking responsibility for coordinating the team and ensuring the project runs smoothly.

The Role

Your responsibilities include:

• Working hands-on with the installation team
• Leading and coordinating trades on site
• Supervising day-to-day site activities
• Reading and working from plans and drawings
• Coordinating installations and ensuring works stay on schedule
• Liaising with builders, project managers and other trades
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Identifying and resolving issues on site
• Maintaining a safe, organised and productive work environment
• Helping drive the project through to completion

About You We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience in:

• Joinery
• Shopfitting
• Commercial fit-outs
• Retail / franchise fit-outs
• Construction and installation
• Leading Hand / Site Supervision

You will ideally have previous experience as a Leading Hand, Site Supervisor, Senior Installer or similar, with the ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to keep a project moving are essential.
