The RoleThe Bespoke Corner Tailors is seeking a Senior Client Adviser – Made-to-Measure Menswear to join our Melbourne boutique in a full-time, on-site position.This is an appointment-led role centred on developing trusted, long-term client relationships. You will guide clients through the complete made-to-measure experience, from understanding their requirements and presenting fabrics and design options to measurements, fittings and final delivery.
Key responsibilities include:Developing lasting relationships with new and existing clientsGenerating appointments, repeat business and client referralsUnderstanding each client’s lifestyle, wardrobe and personal styleAdvising on cloth, garment design, fit and stylingTaking and recording accurate measurements, with training provided where requiredManaging commissions from initial order through production, fitting and deliveryMaintaining accurate client, order and follow-up recordsSupporting private appointments, trunk shows and boutique eventsUpholding the presentation and service standards of The Bespoke CornerThis is not a conventional transactional retail position. It is suited to someone who enjoys becoming a trusted adviser to their clients and takes pride in delivering an experience that feels personal, polished and unhurried.

Experience in menswear, tailoring or luxury fashion is highly regarded but not essential. We also welcome candidates from industries such as watches, jewellery, premium automotive, bridal, property or five-star hospitality.Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, measurements and fittings would be advantageous; however, comprehensive product and technical training can be provided to the right person.
