Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience while maintaining the quality and presentation of our stock.Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Efficiently process transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain beautifully organised, fully stocked, and clean produce displays.
• Quality-check fruits and vegetables, rotating stock (First In, First Out) to ensure freshness.
• Answer customer questions regarding produce varieties, ripeness, and pricing.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines.

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or grocery environments is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with people.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when monitoring stock freshness and processing payments.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work a roster that may include early mornings, weekends.

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
