About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team providing services to children and adults with disabilities.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to develop their clinical skills while helping clients improve their independence, participation and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and occupational therapy assessments.
• Develop individualised intervention and therapy plans.
• Support clients with daily living skills and independence.
• Assist clients to improve community and social participation.
• Recommend appropriate strategies, equipment and environmental modifications.
• Collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Support clients in achieving their individual goals.

About You
To be considered, you will have:

• A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current or eligibility for registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• A genuine interest in working within disability and community services.
• Ability and willingness to work with both children and adults.
• Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• A client-centred and collaborative approach.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Ability to meet relevant screening requirements for working with children and people with disabilities.

Previous disability or NDIS experience is desirable but not required for new graduates.
