Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Complete residential and commercial cleaning to REALCLEAN’s standards
• Perform regular house cleans and deep cleans
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and other assigned areas
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
• Follow REALCLEAN cleaning procedures and checklists
• Travel between customer locations using your own vehicle
• Work independently while maintaining a high standard of work
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues or shortages
• Complete jobs efficiently and within the allocated time
• Represent REALCLEAN professionally at every customer visit

Skill & Experience

• No previous cleaning experience required – full training provided
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Good time management and ability to work efficiently
• Comfortable working independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning duties
• Professional, friendly and respectful attitude
• Able to travel between customer locations
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle required
• Must be willing to complete a police check before commencing employment
