This role is responsible for turning audit recommendations into practical action and measurable business improvement. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people to solve problems, document frameworks, refine business process, implement outcomes and make sure improvements happen.
The role leads governance, assurance and business improvement initiatives across Customer Support Services and supports the implementation and monitoring of agreed audit actions and recommendations.
Customer Support Services is looking for an experienced governance and assurance professional who wants to make a real difference and improve the business control environment.
This role goes beyond identifying risks, reviewing controls and producing reports., you'll work closely with leaders and teams across the business to understand issues, identify root causes and implement practical improvements through frameworks, business documentation and staff engagement to strengthen governance, accountability and operational performance. A key focus of this role is to ensure audit findings, review recommendations and improvement initiatives are translated into action and deliver measurable outcomes and improved business oversight and management of functions.

There is currently one (1) twelve month fixed term position available for immediate filling.
The successful applicant or applicants assessed as suitable through this process may receive further offers of employment (fixed term or permanent) in this or similar roles for a period of twelve (12) months from date of first appointment.
