The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join our Gold Coast office in Varsity Lakes and become a key part of our property law team. You'll work closely with our principals and enjoy real autonomy in managing your own files, with the full support of a collaborative and driven team behind you.

What You'll Do

• Manage residential conveyancing files end-to-end, from instruction through to settlement across QLD and NSW

• Prepare and review contracts, transfers, titles and settlement documentation

• Conduct PEXA electronic settlements

• Liase with clients, real estate agents, solicitors, etc

• Provide clear, timely updates to clients throughout the transaction

About You

• Experience in QLD and NSW conveyancing

• Solid working knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process

• Proficient in PEXA, with experience in LEAP (highly regarded)

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• A confident communicator who builds trust with clients quickly

• Someone who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a small team environment
