About The Company
Road Safety Education Limited (RSE) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to reducing road trauma by delivering evidence-based, engaging road safety programs to high school students. Our flagship program, Ryda, consists of a series of impactful workshops designed to help young people (aged 15–18) make safer choices on our roads. The Role
We are currently seeking dynamic and confident Program Facilitators / Presenters to join our team delivering Ryda workshops at venues across Sydney and the Central Coast.
  
As a facilitator / presenter, you will:

• Deliver scripted, interactive presentations to small groups of students (six 30-minute sessions per workshop)
• Facilitate group discussions and practical activities in a workshop format
• Engage and connect with teenage audiences (aged 15 to 17 years old)
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure smooth program delivery
• Maintain timing and session quality throughout the day

  
What We’re Looking For

• You are a confident public speaker with strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Able to project your voice and confidently engage young people (aged 15-17) 
• Professional appearance and smart casual attire required
• Must be willing and able to travel to workshop locations across Greater Sydney (including the Central Coast and Illawarra), many of which are not easily accessible via public transport
• Applications from current university students are welcome across all disciplines, especially teaching, drama, sociology, engineering, paramedicine etc.
• Comfortable with flexible, irregular scheduling (no guaranteed weekly shifts).
• Hold or are willing to obtain a current NSW Working With Children Check

• Full training provided (no previous road safety experience needed)
• Casual day shifts only (typically 9am–2pm, Monday–Friday during school terms – no school holiday work)
