Your Team

As a Senior Manager, AI Product Delivery Engineering, you will be responsible for enabling AI-powered Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC) capabilities across CFS. You will build the intelligence, knowledge and delivery enablement foundations that allow product, engineering and delivery teams to leverage AI throughout the lifecycle, from requirements and design through to build, testing, deployment and operations. Acting as a bridge between engineering, data and product teams, you will establish shared capabilities that improve delivery productivity, quality, reuse and scalability across the enterprise.



Your Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise capabilities that enable AI across the Product Delivery Lifecycle (PDLC), improving delivery productivity, quality and speed.
• Build and evolve the enterprise intelligence layer, including business ontology, knowledge graph and structure capabilities that support AI-enabled delivery.
• Establish AI-enabled delivery workbenches and knowledge services that support requirements, design, build, testing, deployment and operational workflows across the PDLC.
• Partner with Engineering teams to design and build the harnesses, accelerators and enablement capabilities required to embed AI throughout the PDLC.
• Partner with Data, Architecture and Engineering teams to align enterprise information models, metadata, knowledge assets and AI delivery capabilities.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices across product, engineering and delivery teams, establishing common capabilities that improve AI-assisted requirements management, design, testing, knowledge discovery and delivery workflows.

Your Capability and Experience

• Extensive experience in software engineering, data engineering, platform engineering or technology delivery within large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading Agile delivery within complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled SDLC or PDLC practices, including AI-assisted engineering, delivery or product development workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI product engineering, software engineering and modern product delivery methodologies.
• Experience with knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic layers, metadata platforms or enterprise information management.
• Experience building shared platforms, tools, workbenches or services that improve delivery productivity, engineering effectiveness and AI adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and proven ability to work across product, engineering, architecture, data and delivery teams to drive enterprise-wide adoption.
