POSITION OVERVIEW
SYNC offers a structured alternative to traditional onsite construction, with work completed in a controlled, purpose-built manufacturing environment. We are currently seeking experienced Caulkers to deliver high-quality silicone finishes across our prefabricated bathroom pods within a fast-paced modular manufacturing facility.
Our factory-based environment provides consistent workflow, prepared surfaces, standardised processes, and improved working conditions, allowing employees to focus on delivering quality workmanship as part of a high-performing team.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply silicone and caulking to bathroom pods and wet areas
• Ensure high-quality finishes and strong attention to detail
• Prepare surfaces prior to silicone application
• Repair and touch up defects where required
• Read and interpret basic drawings and specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively within the production team to meet deadlines
• Follow standardised manufacturing and quality processes

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE

• Previous experience in caulking, silicone application, tiling, waterproofing, or finishing trades
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• White Card preferred but not essential
