About the role
 
The Analyst, Enterprise Compliance will support the uplift of CBUS’ regulatory compliance, conflict management and policy governance processes, along with monitoring activities across the business. This role will contribute to the development and delivery of enterprise-wide compliance initiatives, helping ensure CBUS meets its regulatory obligations and maintains strong governance frameworks.
 
This role is pivotal in supporting enterprise-wide risk visibility, accountability and resilience. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across CBUS to support consistent application of frameworks, strengthen compliance culture and contribute to improved governance outcomes.
 
Key Accountabilities:

• Support the implementation and ongoing uplift of Compliance, Conflict and Policy Management frameworks
• Contribute to the development, review and maintenance of compliance and conflict frameworks, policies, standards, procedures and guidance
• Assist with compliance obligations risk assessments, applicability mapping, controls identification and alignment to the risk taxonomy
• Support business requirements and enhancements for GRC systems, including data capture, controls and reporting capability
• Prepare reporting and insights, develop guidance materials and engage with stakeholders to embed compliance and conflict management practices

What will you bring?

• Experience in a similar Enterprise Compliance Analyst role within Superannuation or financial services with exposure to compliance and conflict management
• Exceptional analytical skills, including experience preparing and analyzing data and reporting with Excel capability including pivot tables, charts and macros
• Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI and advanced PowerPoint skills to distill complex information for senior management reporting and training
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage completing priorities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
