Digital Content Specialist

As we continue to invest in our digital experience, we're looking for a Digital Product Content Specialist to help bring our products to life online.

Reporting into our Digital team, you'll take ownership of the presentation and accuracy of Freedom's online product catalogue.

Working closely with Buying, Marketing, Customer Experience and Creative, you'll ensure every product is displayed with engaging content, accurate information and high-quality imagery that inspires customers and supports conversion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with analytical thinking while playing an important role in the growth of our digital business.

• Own the end-to-end management of Freedom's online product catalogue.
• Create engaging, SEO-optimised product copy that reflects the Freedom brand.
• Ensure product information, imagery, dimensions, specifications and attributes are accurate and complete.
• Maintain product categories, metadata and website content to optimise search and customer navigation.
• Review product listing pages and department pages to ensure content remains relevant and current.
• Partner with Buying, Marketing and Creative teams to support product launches and campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion.
• Support website enhancements, user acceptance testing and ongoing digital improvements.
• Assist with customer product queries and continuously improve website content based on customer feedback.

You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about creating an outstanding online customer experience.

You'll also bring:

• Experience in Digital Content, eCommerce or Product Content Management.
• Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of SEO best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work across multiple business functions.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience working with CMS, PIM or eCommerce platforms (highly regarded).
