We're not looking for just any Occupational Therapist.

The clinician who naturally mentors others, enjoys solving complex challenges and still loves helping participants achieve meaningful goals every day.

You'll be doing things that matter

• Mentor, coach and formally supervise Occupational Therapists.
• Deliver evidence-based OT services across home, school and community settings.
• Complete functional assessments and develop person-centred intervention plans.
• Recommend assistive technology and home modifications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Help build a positive clinical culture.

You'll thrive here if you...

• Are a registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
• Have experience working within the NDIS.
• Enjoy mentoring and developing other clinicians.
• Are passionate about evidence-based practice and participant outcomes.
