Chief Financial Officer

A rare opportunity exists to join a highly successful Australian manufacturer with over 30 years of operational excellence and strong backing from a global parent organisation. Originally founded as a family business and now part of an international company, the Australian business combines local agility with multinational strength.

Reporting to the CEO, this is a key leadership role with responsibility for Finance, IT, HR, governance and risk. You will act as a true business partner to the CEO and management team, driving financial performance, commercial insight and strategic decision-making across the business.

You will lead a small capable team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with the broader strategic plan.
