HR Advisors and HR Business Partners - Multiple Roles Available

We're building out our People Operations team and looking for experienced IR/ER professionals who can confidently own employee performance and conduct case management, WorkCover matters, and health, wellbeing and safety.

Four roles are open:

HR/People Business Partners (2 roles - one permanent, one 6-month fixed-term)

Partner with leaders across a business portfolio on workforce planning, complex case management and everything in between - applying strong IR/ER judgement to identify risk and support sound decisions.

HR/People Advisors (2 roles - both permanent)

Own end-to-end case management (conduct, performance, grievances, investigations, WorkCover), with a focus on employee wellbeing and safety, while supporting our Senior People Partners day to day.
