Brandt has an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to join our Knoxfield team as a Service Administrator. As the administrative backbone of our Service Department, you'll play a key role in supporting technicians, customers, and management to ensure work is processed efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Service Department and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer and internal service enquiries
• Creating and managing service work orders from start to finish
• Maintaining accurate service records and department documentation
• Updating customer and equipment information within company systems
• Assisting with service reporting and departmental administration
• Processing warranty and product improvement claims
• Supporting technicians and management with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers

About You

• Previous administration or customer service experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• A professional and positive approach to customer service
• Mechanical or technical knowledge is advantageous but not essential
• Year 12 completion or relevant experience preferred
