About the role

We are seeking a Sales and Warehouse Support professional to join our team at our Coolum Beach location in Queensland. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to combine sales expertise with warehouse operations support. You will play a vital role in driving sales growth whilst ensuring smooth warehouse operations and exceptional customer service. This role is essential to our business operations, bridging the gap between our sales objectives and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories and customer segments

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction

• Prepare and present product quotations and proposals to prospective customers

• Support warehouse operations by managing inventory, order fulfillment, and stock management

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery

• Assist in packing, labelling, and shipping products to customers

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and warehouse activities

• Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers

• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve departmental targets and objectives

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in the warehouse environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales or sales support roles within a B2B or industrial environment

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships

• Proficiency in using Excel and Microsoft Office applications

• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and moving goods

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• A proactive attitude with a commitment to achieving sales targets

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous

• Experience with inventory management systems is preferred
