Haymans Maryborough is seeking a motivated individual to become their next Manager after the promotion of the incumbent. Haymans Maryborough is an established business  and there is huge potential to continue to build on the excellent work already undertaken in the coming years.

As manager you will lead a team of 7 people and be responsible for all aspects of running an electrical wholesaling business. We are a unique business that provides the store Manager with full autonomy. Haymans Maryborough is a successful business that delivers strong returns and good bonuses to all staff as part of our lucrative profit share scheme.

Responsibilities include:

Business Development - The role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability and grow the business. Having a proven track record in business development and sales growth will be beneficial.

Customer & Supplier Relationships - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and suppliers is crucial. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster positive relationships will be a key to the success.

Leadership - As the manager you will lead and manage a team effectively. Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and develop team members are essential for success.

Safety - Undertaking your WHS responsibilities to ensure you provide a safe workplace for your team

Compliance - Managing systems and procedures to ensure efficiency of operations

Essential Criteria:
To be successful, you will be a strong leader with an ability to maximise sales, understand the financial levers within the business and develop your team of people. You will be a highly motivated individual seeking a new challenge and looking to expand on the current business success.

You will have:

• Knowledge of the Electrical Wholesale market
• Vision, drive and the ability to think outside the square
• Exceptional customer focus and a flair for sales/business development
• Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
• Computer system and data analysis skills, including the use of Microsoft Office
