About the role
Located just moments from the sand, Trinity Beach Tavern is a local favourite in Far North Queensland. With a relaxed coastal vibe, strong bistro trade and a loyal local crowd, the venue delivers classic pub favourites and fresh dishes in a fast-paced environment.
We’re looking for a Full Time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team and help deliver consistent, high-quality food across busy services.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running your section during service and supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
You’ll be involved in:
Running a section during busy lunch and dinner services
Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation standards
Supporting prep, stock control and kitchen organisation
Assisting with training junior kitchen team members
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great service
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
Experience working in a busy pub, bistro or restaurant kitchen
Ability to handle fast-paced service
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A positive attitude and passion for cooking
