About the role

Taptouch POS is an all-in-one POS solution with integrated QR scanning and online ordering that simplifies operations with user-friendly technology. This role involves visiting restaurants and retail stores to engage with clients, present Taptouch products, identify business opportunities, build trust with decision-makers, conduct product demonstrations, and execute sales to meet company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Visit restaurants and retail stores to collect contact details and customer requirements

• Present Taptouch products and identify and explore business opportunities

• Communicate with store decision-makers to build trust and schedule meetings

• Conduct product demonstrations, discuss needs, and provide tailored solutions

• Track opportunities and close sales to meet company targets

About you

• Minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry, with a comprehensive understanding of front and back-of-house operations and extensive experience with POS systems

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Marketing, or a related field

• Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, goal-driven, self-motivated, and a strong executor

• Proficient in using computers, tablets, and collaboration software

• Valid work visa with at least two years of validity

• Experience in sales within the hospitality industry (preferred)

• Access to a car and a valid driver's license (preferred)

• Fluency in spoken and written in another second language is a strong asset
