Fleet Allocator/Driver Liaison

We’re looking for a Fleet Allocator / Driver Liaison to join the team at our Park Ridge depot. This is a Monday–Friday, office-based role with a 9:00 AM start, ideal for someone who likes structure and a steady workflow.

You’ll be the friendly, reliable connection between our drivers, customers, and operations team — helping keep schedules on track and communication clear.

• Allocating trucks and drivers to scheduled work

• Staying in touch with drivers throughout the day

• Tracking progress and keeping deliveries on schedule

• Updating customers or internal teams when plans change

• Keeping records accurate and information up to date

• Supporting the operations team with general coordination

This is a collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working with people and keeping the moving parts of a transport operation running smoothly.

• Experience in transport, logistics, or a similar coordination role

• Strong organisational skills and a calm, steady approach

• Clear communication — confident speaking with drivers and customers

• Ability to stay composed when things get busy

• Comfortable using transport systems and Microsoft Office

• A helpful, solutions-focused attitude

• Consistent Monday–Friday hours with a friendly 9 AM start
