About the role
We are seeking a Sales and Factory Assistant to join our team at our Burleigh Heads location. This is a part-time position, (F/T may be offered) with the opportunity to develop skills across both sales and production environments. You'll play a key part in providing excellent customer experiences and help to maintain smooth factory operations.

What you'll be doing

• Client consultation - support customers with product selection and provide helpful recommendations

• Take orders and maintain accurate records of customer requirements

• Proof Mockups - create a visual mockup of the order for customer review and approval

• Pipeline and Quoting - handle inbound leads, follow up on quotes and maintain customer data

• Prepare orders for production and coordinating with factory staff

• Assist with factory operations, including basic production tasks and quality checks

• Package and prepare completed orders for dispatch

• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in both sales and factory areas

What we're looking for

• Proven customer service experience or retail background, with a friendly and professional approach

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office systems and adobe illustrator preferred

• Physical capability to perform light manual tasks in a factory environment

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing

• Reliability and a positive attitude to teamwork

• Willingness to learn about printing processes and products

• Previous experience in printing, sales or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
