Property Manager - Office Based

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established agency in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. This is a great opportunity for a property management professional looking for a supportive team, manageable portfolio and genuine career progression.

The Role

• Manage a residential portfolio end-to-end
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and compliance
• Coordinate leasing and day-to-day property management
• Provide exceptional service to clients

About You

• Property management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Victorian legislation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
• Confident working independently while being part of a team
