Altitude is seeking an experienced AI Technical Operations Lead with a background in AI security or infrastructure to join a growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of a leading AI guardrails platform, serving as the technical point of contact for a major client's cyber security and AI infrastructure teams. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI safety, governance, and enterprise infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Tune guardrails policies and triage incidents across OpenAI/Codex and TrueFoundry agent trafficProvide integration support and troubleshooting for Compliance API and TrueFoundry connectionsCoordinate periodic red team engagements and expand test suitesConfigure performance tuning, observability, and automated alertingManage on call escalation and conduct root cause analysis for production incidents.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience operating AI guardrails or security platforms across cloud based environments such as TrueFoundry and OpenAI/CodexStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as technical point of contact for cyber security and AI infrastructure teamsDemonstrated experience in guardrails policy tuning and incident triageSolid background in integration support and troubleshooting, particularly with Compliance API and TrueFoundry connectionsExperience in performance tuning, observability configuration, and automated alerting setup.
