Project Lead (Electrical & Civil)

DCI Group are currently seeking an experienced Project Lead (Electrical & Civil) in Perth WA and surrounds with a focus on safety, quality and Productivity.

This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career leading our Electrical & Civil operations taking on responsibility for driving improvements, overseeing general operations, management of current projects and developing a pipeline of future projects. The position will require a high level of planning for plant and personnel, a strong commitment to safety, quality, reporting and improving operational efficiencies. 

This role will have the opportunity to cross over other departments within the business as part of a wider leadership development strategy.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

• Previous experience as a Project Lead/Supervisor.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar position within an Electrical & Civil environment.

• Experience leading and motivating a diverse team in a fast paced environment.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Commitment to a continuous improvement philosophy.

• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
