MUVE Logistics is a growing national third-party logistics provider, and we’re looking for an organised and proactive Transport Coordinator to join our Queensland team based in Carole Park, immediate start.

Working in a fast-paced transport environment, you’ll coordinate daily operations, communicate with drivers and customers, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

• Schedule drivers and allocate daily transport work.

• Plan and optimise delivery runs for maximum efficiency.

• Create run sheets, consignments and transport documentation.

• Coordinate delivery bookings with customers.

• Communicate with drivers, customers and internal teams throughout the day.

• Monitor deliveries and respond quickly to delays or operational issues.

• Maintain accurate information and updates within TransVirtual.

• Support general transport administration and daily problem-solving.

• Previous experience in transport coordination, logistics, dispatch or fleet operations.

• Hands-on experience using TransVirtual is essential.

• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Confident communicating with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate administration skills.

• A proactive attitude with a strong customer-service focus.

• Must have a vaild forklift licence

• Must be willing to undertake and or provide a current National police Check
