On a day to day basis you will:

Be at the heart of our restoration operations, providing vital support to our team, clients and insureds across Western Australia. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role that requires initiative, time management, and great communication.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Oversee restoration claims from initial allocation through to final invoicing and closure.

• Allocate and schedule restoration claims across our technician resources and trade network.

• Assist both Rapid Repair and Major Works restoration-related portfolios as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer Service experience

• Previous experience within insurance building, insurance claims, or a trade-related industry.

• Confident communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Be Proactive and reliable to ensure great customer claims experience.

• A team player who thrives in a busy, outcome-focused environment.
