CNC Machinist

Our client is an engineering firm specialising in the manufacturing and production of valves, flanges and components for pipeline applications. This Australian owned company is experiencing constant growth and are looking to add a CNC machinist into their operations based in the Sutherland Shire.

Our ideal candidate is an existing CNC machinist, however applications with relevant transferable skills will be considered. On a day-to-day basis, your duties will include:

• Programming and setting 3-axis mills.
• Monitoring machine status and condition while running job lots
• Quality checking of finished product
• Tool changes and minor machine maintenance
• Previous experience desirable, sheet metal/fabrication experience considered
