Virtus is seeking experienced Diesel Fitters for several ongoing opportunities across the Pilbara.

These are not short-term backfill positions or roles that will have you continually moving between sites. You will join stable maintenance teams with consistent work, long-term roster continuity and genuine opportunities to grow.

The positions:

• 8/6 7/7 Roster - best of both worlds ($$$ and lifestyle)

• Rates up to $88 per hour plus super (on all hours) - up to $240,000 per year + sick /holiday leave

• August start

• Join a growing, newly established maintenance team at an expanding Pilbara operation.

• You will work within a smaller crew where you can become involved early, contribute to how the maintenance team develops and access genuine career progression as the operation continues to grow.

• The role involves planned and breakdown maintenance across a varied mobile plant fleet, including CAT dozers, excavators, drills, backhoes and ancillary equipment.

• Strong site culture and positive working environment - excellent feedback from our current guys on site

• Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel or Mobile Plant trade qualification

• Previous mining experience

• Strong diagnostic, fault-finding and repair capability
