Senior Manager, Data Analytics and AI Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and data consulting initiatives for clients, advising on strategy, data architecture, and AI adoption to drive business outcomes
• Lead data, AI and digital transformation engagements for enterprise clients
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define data strategies, roadmaps and AI adoption plans
• Shape solutions across data platforms, analytics, AI/ML and GenAI use cases
• Drive consulting delivery, proposals, solution design and client relationships
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable data and AI solutions

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in data, AI, analytics and technology consulting
• Track record of success in hands-on consulting and client-facing advisory roles
• History of delivering measurable business results through technical delivery leadership
• Deep understanding of data engineering, modern data platforms and cloud environments like AWS, Azure or GCP
• Practical knowledge of data lakes, data pipelines, governance and advanced analytics
• Expertise in designing AI, machine learning and generative AI solutions
• Experience working with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, LLMs) and applying them to real business use cases
• Confidence engaging with executive stakeholders to shape long-term strategy and lead cross-functional teams

• Background delivering large-scale enterprise AI transformation programs
• Technical proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Python or SQL
