Nutrition Warehouse is opening a brand-new store in Takanini, Auckland this October, and we’re looking for an epic full-time Store Manager to lead our newest team of local legends!

THE ROLE

As our full-time Takanini Store Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build your team, create an epic store culture and lead from the front from day one!

Your key mission is to help customers achieve their health and fitness goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience every single time.

You'll also be actively building your team's capability and engagement. With continuous support from HQ, you'll have the tools and coaching to drive recruitment, training, succession and a strong team culture in your store.

Driven by sales targets and KPIs, you'll challenge yourself and motivate your team to exceed performance goals, while building the Nutrition Warehouse brand and partnerships in your local area. And yes, there are some awesome cash rewards for kicking those goals!

Retail leadership experience A passion for sales, KPIs and developing high-performing teams A genuine love for delivering customer experiences that WOW Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships A positive attitude and the drive to Enjoy the Journey!
