Digital Specialist, Social (Paid & Organic) — Perth

A growing Perth-based agency delivering embedded marketing services for SME clients across Australia is looking for a Digital Specialist to take full ownership of social.
 
This agency doesn't do random acts of marketing. Every client gets a proper strategy first, then the creative, digital and tech to deliver it — and increasingly, AI is woven through how that work gets done. Social sits right at the centre of that model, and it's about to get a lot more attention.
 
You'll run paid social across a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, Meta, LinkedIn, the lot. From strategy through to build and optimisation. You won't be handed a brief and told to execute it; you'll be shaping the approach for each client based on what's actually working, not what worked last year.
 
On the organic side, you'll own the creative. That means concepting UGC-style content, briefing it or shooting it yourself, and getting it in front of the right audience, particularly for B2B clients, where most agencies still play it safe.
 
This is a genuine gap in the business right now, and it's yours to build from scratch. No one's done it before you, so there's no legacy approach to unpick, just a blank page and the room to make it work. You'll be given real autonomy here. No hand-holding, no micromanagement, just clear outcomes and the trust to get there your own way.
 
What you'll bring:

• Proven experience running paid social across multiple clients or brands, both B2B and B2C
• Genuine hands-on skill across Meta and LinkedIn ad platforms — strategy, build and optimisation, not just execution
• A real creative instinct for organic — you can spot a UGC idea, brief it or shoot it, and make it land
• The ability to work independently, set your own pace and hold yourself accountable
• A natural curiosity about the craft — you chase what's new on the platforms and with AI tools without waiting to be told
• Comfort working across a portfolio of clients rather than one single brand
