Accounts Officer

Fresh Mix Produce Pty Ltd is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Accounts Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

The role will mainly focus on accounts payable, with some general accounting and administrative duties. If you are organised, willing to learn and comfortable working independently, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage supplier invoices and payments
• Check invoices and reconcile supplier statements
• Follow up on invoice discrepancies and supplier queries
• Assist with general accounts and bookkeeping duties
• Assist with payroll and other accounting tasks as required
• Perform general office and administrative dutie

About You

• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous accounts payable or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Bookkeeping/accounting qualifications are an advantage
• Experience with MYOB AccountRight is preferred
• Vietnamese speaking is preferred but not essential

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
