Movement 4 Health Gym & Allied Health Centre is both a well-established Exercise Physiology practice and a state-of-the-art 24/7 gym. 

We are looking for someone to join our front desk / administration team on a casual / part time basis. The ideal candidate would be someone who is flexible, and is available to work 16+ hours a week Monday - Friday.

We are seeking expressions of interest from professional, positive, reliable, and customer-oriented people, ideally those who have a keen interest in staying active and healthy.

We provide comprehensive and excellent quality health care to all clients including;

• Medicare.

• Allied Health Type 2 Diabetes clients.

• Department of Veteran's Affairs clients.

• Workcover.

• Aged Care.

• NDIS and Special populations.

• Gym clients.

In this role, you would be responsible for all communications, through answering phone call enquires and appointment bookings, to emails and faxing. In addition, you will also be responsible for billing our clients; this includes taking payments through Point of Sale, processing claims through HICAPS, as well as online claiming for DVA, Medicare and NDIS etc.

As we are also an operating 24/7 Gym facility, you will also be doing Gym Sales. This includes; signing up any new members, answering any enquiries members have about their membership and being a smiling face for our members to see.

Successful Applicant will have / be 

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

• Previous experience within a reception or customer service environment is ideal (medical or allied health experience is an advantage).

• Ability to prioritise client care while working calmly in a busy environment.

• Great understanding of working together as a team.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.

• Caring, passionate and kind-hearted.

• Own motor vehicle with current driver’s license.
