Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to join our Kalgoorlie team. This is a key leadership role responsible for leading and supporting a team of field service tradespeople, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Based in Kalgoorlie, you will coordinate labour, subcontractors, parts and resources while working closely with customers and internal teams to maximise equipment availability, service quality and customer satisfaction.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Relevant trade qualification and sound knowledge of earthmoving equipment.
• Previous experience supervising tradespeople.
• Understanding of labour recovery and service productivity.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent planning, organisation and resource allocation skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
• Service department P&L knowledge and WHS/supervisory training would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support field service personnel.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, parts and resources to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor job progress, repair times, labour recovery and work-in-progress.
• Ensure work is completed safely, correctly and on time.
• Provide quotations and ensure accurate job and warranty documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and minimise rework and customer complaints.
• Coordinate field service vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
• Support apprentice training and provide after-hours service support when required.
