Client Service Liaison

Executive Health Solutions (EHS), part of the Altius Group, is Australia's leading provider of corporate and executive health programs. We partner with organisations nationwide to deliver premium health assessments led by some of Australia's top doctors and allied health professionals.

We are seeking a motivated Client Service Liaison / Receptionist to join our VIP Health Assessment Centre in the Sydney CBD (Martin Place).

This is a dynamic, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for appointment coordination, client care, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, supporting doctors, exercise physiologists, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients in line with daily KPIsDeliver a professional, welcoming experience for clients throughout their clinic visitManage inbound calls, emails, and client enquiriesLiaise with doctors, exercise physiologists, and the wider clinic teamMaintain booking schedules, client records, and medical documentationSupport general clinic administration, stock control, and client-facing areas

Requirements

Experience in appointment scheduling or reception, ideally within a medical or allied health environmentPolished written and verbal communication, with confidence dealing with senior executivesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple appointment typesA proactive, customer-focused mindsetConfidence using booking systems, Excel, and document management tools
