KAEFER Integrated Services are seeking an Administration & Tendering Graduate to support our Business Development & Estimation team in Perth. This role provides hands-on exposure to tendering, business development and administration within a leading industrial services organisation.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in tendering and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities

·       Provide administrative support across the tendering lifecycle

·       Assist with preparation of tenders, pre-qualifications and expressions of interest (EOIs)

·       Coordinate internal stakeholders to support timely tender submissions

·       Assist with compilation, issue and submission of tender documentation

·       Maintain CRM systems, reports and business development data

·       Collect and maintain market and competitor intelligence

·       Support preparation of presentations and marketing materials

·       Ensure brand consistency across tender submissions

·       Actively comply with KAEFER Health, Safety and Environmental policies

About You

·       Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years’ experience welcome)

·       Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline (desirable)

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

·       Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·       Highly organised with strong time management skills

·       Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn

·       Experience with Adobe Professional or InDesign (desirable but not essential)
